Submitting an enquiry requests contact. It does not book a meeting, purchase a service or create a paid consultancy contract. The initial discovery meeting is free and carries no obligation to buy further work. Any emergency assistance depends on availability and express acceptance.
The standard Ecommerce & Operations Audit is £1,500 total for one business and one website, with no VAT added. Travel within the advertised service area is included, and payment is required in advance. The audit identifies improvements and provides recommendations; implementation and later progress reviews are separately paid work. The included follow-up explains the report and discusses next steps.
Before paid work starts, the scope, fee, responsibilities, access and payment arrangements are confirmed in a proposal or engagement agreement. Larger or additional investigations and implementation projects are scoped and priced separately.

Historical results describe Tom’s work in his previous senior role, with the context and reporting basis stated. They are distinct from BCP Web client engagements. Illustrative examples are labelled and do not represent measured results for a named client.
