Based in Bournemouth. Working where your business works.

I visit businesses across Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, wider Dorset and Southampton. Time on site helps me understand the operation and the people doing the work, with remote delivery used where it suits the project.

Bournemouth, Poole and Christchurch

From my base in Bournemouth, I work with local retailers, wholesalers and other established businesses that want to improve online sales, operations or IT. You deal directly with me, from the first conversation through to the delivery of agreed work.

A free discovery meeting at your premises usually takes 30–45 minutes. We can discuss how the business works, look at visible opportunities and explore possible directions. If you already have a defined technical project, we can discuss that as well.

On-site work across Dorset and Southampton

My on-site service area includes wider Dorset, Dorchester and Southampton. For ecommerce operations, it is useful to spend time where orders arrive, stock is handled, goods are picked and customer queries are resolved.

During the audit I observe work as it happens and speak casually with staff and department leads. That gives me a clearer picture of handovers, workarounds and recurring pressures than looking at software alone.

Travel and associated visit costs within this service area are included in the £1,500 Ecommerce & Operations Audit. We agree the visit and the people or processes to involve before it takes place.

A clear plan and practical implementation

The Ecommerce & Operations Audit covers one website and one business. It brings together pre-visit preparation, the operational investigation, a detailed report and a meeting to discuss the findings. No VAT is added.

The report explains the opportunities, recommended changes, priorities and practical next steps. You can implement it with your staff or agency, or commission me to deliver the work. Hourly consultancy is £80, with fixed project and ongoing arrangements available.

Remote work further afield

Technical investigation, development, integrations, website improvements and project discussions can often be carried out remotely. I also work with a client’s existing team or agency in that way.

For a business with physical fulfilment, seeing the work on site is valuable. Tell me where you are based and what needs to improve, and we can agree a practical combination of visits and remote delivery.

Ecommerce experience with broader IT capability

My core experience is ecommerce, including the customer journey, fulfilment, stock, accounts integrations, automation and hosting. I also help businesses with wider IT and technology decisions, bespoke tools and implementation.

Is the first meeting free?

Yes. Discovery usually takes 30–45 minutes and includes an overview of the business, relevant experience, visible opportunities and possible directions. Any paid investigation or implementation is agreed separately.

Do you visit Southampton businesses?

Yes. Southampton is part of my on-site service area, alongside Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch and wider Dorset. Travel and associated visit costs in this area are included in the £1,500 audit.

Can we work together online?

Yes. We can hold discovery online and carry out many technical projects remotely. For an audit involving a warehouse or physical order handling, I prefer to see the work on site.

Let’s meet where the work happens.
