A useful first meeting, free of charge
Discovery usually takes 30–45 minutes. I prefer to visit your business so I can get a feel for the operation, but we can meet online. I cover Bournemouth, Poole, Christchurch, wider Dorset and Southampton.
We’ll talk about how the business works, where you want to improve and any clear opportunities I can see. I’ll share relevant experience and explain what an improvement could involve and how it could change the operation.
You can come with a specific project or simply explain what is getting in the way. If a wider investigation would be useful, I’ll explain the £1,500 Ecommerce & Operations Audit. If the requirement is already clear, we can discuss paid work directly.
What happens after you enquire
I’ll read your enquiry and respond personally to arrange a suitable time. A few lines about the business, your website and the main challenge are enough to get started. Sending the form is a request for contact; we’ll agree the meeting together.
Paid work is agreed separately, with a clear scope and budget. Hourly consultancy is £80, with fixed project and ongoing arrangements available. No VAT is added to my fees.

Out-of-hours emergency work is £150 per hour, subject to availability and agreement. Please keep passwords and sensitive customer information out of the enquiry form; we can arrange access securely when needed.
